 Now this is something of major importance. A macaron in France is a small bite of heaven. Not that a macaroon can’t be wonderful. But here is the explanation so you don’t get

    Found Sift Bakery here in Memphis who makes macarons (not macaroons) and have learned how to pronounce them and love them! Enjoy!
